Position: Digital Course Designer & Program Operations Manager

Type: Contract (with potential to extend to ongoing monthly support)

Stressed Pizza LLC creates digital wellness programs for busy professionals, parents, and caregivers who need simple, fast, science-backed ways to reduce stress and reset their daily routines. Our flagship offerings include the Stressed Pizza Reset Program, Calm in 10™, and a suite of anti-inflammatory nutrition guides, planners, trackers, and daily routine tools.

We are expanding quickly and need someone who can turn ideas into beautifully designed, high-functioning digital products and automated learning experiences.


Role Description

We’re seeking a hybrid Digital Course Designer + Program Operations Manager who can:

✔ turn raw content into polished digital products

✔ design beautiful PDF workbooks, guides, trackers, planners

✔ build course modules with clear learning flow

✔ schedule and automate content delivery

✔ organize curriculum into phases, lessons, and ZIP bundles

✔ maintain a consistent, professional brand look across all assets

This is NOT a basic Canva role.

This is NOT a basic VA role.

This is a creative + strategic + technical position for someone who understands instructional design, aesthetics, and system-building.


Responsibilities

Course Design & Structure

  • Build the full learning architecture for programs (modules, lessons, phases).
  • Create pacing calendars (daily, weekly, monthly) for each program.
  • Draft SMART learning objectives, formative assessments, and summative assessments.
  • Turn long-form content into digestible, structured learning experiences.
  • Organize student materials into ZIP files with clear labeling and phase structure.

Course Platform Implementation

  • Upload content to the chosen learning platform (Kajabi, Thinkific, Teachable, Podia, or Notion).
  • Set up user-friendly module navigation and downloads.
  • Automate content release (drip schedules).
  • Build student dashboards or welcome areas.

Automated Content Engine

  • Organize a content calendar for:
  • Social posts
  • Emails
  • Blogs
  • Coordinate content sequencing for evergreen auto-launch funnels.
  • Create assets for these content channels as needed.

Project Coordination

  • Maintain organized file structures for all deliverables.
  • Communicate timelines and progress proactively.
  • Ensure all assets are consistent, high quality, and on-brand.
  • Collaborate directly with the Founder/CEO.


Qualifications

Required

  • Experience designing online courses, modules, or digital educational content.
  • Strong Canva skills (Adobe or Figma is a bonus).
  • Experience organizing lessons, modules, or curriculum.
  • Ability to create attractive, clean, polished workbooks and PDFs.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms (Kajabi, Thinkific, Teachable, Podia, or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written English and layout skills.
  • Ability to take a large amount of content and create structure from it.

Bonus Skills (Highly Valued)

  • Experience with drip automation
  • Zapier or Make automation
  • Notion, Airtable, or Asana setup experience
  • UX/UI layout experience
  • Basic copyediting
  • Experience working in wellness, coaching, or education

Compensation

  • $25–$75/hr (depending on location and experience)
  • Fixed project rates available for larger build-outs.
